IconCool Manager 5.20

An icon library with dozens of sample entries is included and accessible through a tree-style organizational system, allowing you to categorize icons and create new libraries within them.

IconCool Manager is really well organized into an intuitive and easy-to-use interface which has three main tabs:

In the first one you will be able to search icons in the library by keywords, and even add or edit the keywords of any icon.

In the second tab you will be able to extract icons from any file, no matter if they are not .dll or .ico, you will be able to extract and edit them. Save them in several sizes as ICO, CUR, GIF, JPG, BMP, PNG, EMF, TGA, WMF, TIF and WBMP format images. And if you want, you can convert any image into icon too.

A third tab includes a large directory of 800 icon web sites and allows you to edit, delete, and add sites.

Furthermore, from this version on, IconCool supports Windows XP 32bit icons.
